Latest Gadget – Samsung Rex Challenge Nokia Asha. Before known as row smartphone, Samsung already had a feature phone product. Now, Samsung seems to want to revive one of its product lines with the release of REX series phones.
Although feature phones, Samsung claims the phone is similar to the experience of using a smartphone. REX series seems intended to rival Nokia with its rows of Asha.

South Korean vendors are positioning their products with confidence between feature phones and smartphones. Four REX series phones that release, brings high resolution touch screen and a smart user interface. Samsung’s four series REX, which was released the REX 90, REX 80, REX REX 70 and 60.
Asim Warsi as Vice President of Samsung Mobile said row of this phone will have a variety of unique features and feature phone smarter than ever.
“The whole idea of this product is to bring the user experience to the next level,” he said as reported by Cellular-news and quoted on Friday (02/15/2013).
Targeted market is very large, targeting Samsung densely populated country like India for this product. No wonder, India chosen as the launch of a global series of Samsung REX.
Each series phones have a Facebook application and Opera browser pre-installed. There is also Samsung’s flagship messaging application that is Chaton. REX 60 carries and a 2.8 inch screen equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera.
Samsung REX 70 which is also dual SIM has a 3-inch screen and a 2 megapixel camera. REX 80 has a 3 inch screen and 3.2 megapixel camera. Finally, REX 90 has a slightly wider screen of 3.5 inch and a 3.2 megapixel camera.
